How do I choose the right size?+
Every product page has a detailed size guide (with how to measure your bust, underbust, waist and hip). Still unsure? Message us and we'll help you find your perfect fit before you buy.
Where do you ship, and how much is delivery?+
We ship across the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50; otherwise a small flat rate is calculated at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure, encrypted checkout in GBP via Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I exchange or return a product?+
For hygiene reasons, lingerie can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed and still has all tags and hygiene seals intact — so please choose your size carefully before purchasing. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced.
How do I care for my Aura CC pieces?+
Hand wash with a mild detergent, wash separately from dark colours, and lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid tumble drying and wringing to keep the lace and fabric beautiful for longer.
